Did not spend a lot of time on the park. Mainly off site Seahouses, Holy island, Bamburgh. Really enjoyed our stay in the caravan, extremely clean and tidy. All mod cons, WiFi, air fryer. Bedding provided all we needed to bring was towels. Bonus being dog friendly. We heard no noise after 11pm

We stayed in the caravan in april it was *5 * it straight oppsite the lake we seen the swans and ducks every day the view is really nice it is a short walk to the main complex the caravan is spotless the living room, kitchen and bedrooms all nice and clean, very spacious and beautiful surroundings outside this caravan is highly recommend we will be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay at riverside 35! it was nip and clean, very tidy and very close to the clubhouse and main attractions very accessible....will I be staying here again? Yes without a doubt! Oh I forgot to mention it's dog friendly which is a bonus!

Had a lovely weekend with the family! Location is great for children as its not too busy and a small play park in view from the balcony. Caravan had everything we needed and check in/check out was very smooth and easy!

Such a lovely caravan. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Trying to find a pet friendly holiday home as nice as this one is difficult. So to find this gem , it will definitely be on our return list.
The facilities are 1st class, WIFI is a must for most people, having that is a huge advantage. The kitchen is well equipped including an Air fryer. Great job for quick meals. The bedding was brand new and comfortable. We always bring throws with us but they were already there. Lovely sunny decking makes all the difference and nice chairs to enjoy it on. Ideal space for children and pets too.
The Turnberry area is next to the spotlight bar so be mindful if you have young children. It is quite noisy on an evening. But this is down to Haven to do something to reduce the noise. It didn’t spoil anything for us.
Over all 5 star accommodation.

We got a great last minute deal on Thursday for the Easter bank holiday weekend. Everything was very straightforward and reassuring, we arrived on the Friday to be welcomed with a lovely gesture for the little ones ,, the caravan was beautiful and very clean had everything you needed for a great weekend. a beautiful view of the lake and was greated to swans ducks and geese on the morning! Would definitely recommend and I will be back thank you for a great weekend!

Just had a lovely long weekend at Lodge retreat 9. Beautiful lodge with everything you need to have a great time. Lovely touches too like easter eggs and a card for the kids. Cupboard full of games and films and a ps5 and full sky in all the rooms. Great part of the park too. Quiet but not too far from the complex. Will definitely be back
