“Great quiet location ideal for our little dog”

Great location away from the hustle of the main facilities but only a 10 minute walk to them.caravan was clean, decking was great for the dog. Could have done with cusions for the outside seating.
A new frying pan and an oven tray would be a good addition.
Everything else we needed was great.

We had a great time staying 22 Well Close Haggerston castle. It was very clean and well presented & there was everything we needed to enjoy our holiday & will definitely go back to this caravan. Also will recommend it to family and friends.

Wells Close 30 is in a quiet location and the caravan was very well equipped. The booking process was very efficient (thanks Louise!). We enjoyed our stay at Haggerston Castle.

As a previous owner on park I was fully aware of how nice CL 48 was I must say I definitely wasn’t disappointed with our stay This caravan although only a 2 bedroom was very spacious & clean Patio doors was a god send as the weather was beautiful My only 1 gripe would be the sofa & chairs i do think the springs have sagged a little bit a easy fix with under cushion boards.
Louise was very professional and helpful all the way
I will be booking again for 2026 ( or maybe a cheeky break in 2025 ) and I will be definitely booking CL48 again it’s just perfect for myself and husband and we love Castle lake.

Great family holiday for 3 adults & 2 children. The caravan was modern, clean & comfortable & equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Very good position on the site.
Phil & Louise were easy to contact during the booking procedure & I would certainly recommend this private caravan hire site.

Clean & comfortable caravan for our holiday for 2 adults & 3 children. Good location on the Haggerston Castle site & would certainly recommend this for a family holiday.
Easy to contact Phil & Louise during the booking process & also when we arrived on holiday. Quick attention when a small problem arose & remedied straight away.

We stayed for the week for Halloween with a 6 month old and a 9 year old. The caravan was decorated for Halloween which the kids absolutely loved! Everything we needed was in the caravan. We could sit on the decking for our morning coffee and feed the ducks. The shower was lovely and hot. The park is a 2 minute walk away so our 9 year old was allowed to walk on his own. We did loads of activities, pottery was my favourite and the boys loved birds of prey.
Nipping clean and the beds are so comfortable. We are going to book up again for summer. Can't wait to stay again. Great value for a great stay.

“Beautiful Caravan great location close to the complex”

Very clean caravan less than 1 minute walk to the complex.
Also a quiet spot with not much foot traffic
and plenty of grass space surrounding the caravan. WiFi included which was a bonus for the kids.
Excellent price.

The caravan is spotlessly clean very comfortable with all the amenities, it has good WiFi and is very near the complex but we weren’t disturbed with noise. The location is great with fantastic view of the lake and great for sitting on the decking catching some rays. The service off Phil and Louise is second to none, great communication and information and any query is quickly answered highly recommended

Great spot near park and spotlight bar. Caravan emaculate, dog friendly which was great. Great communication with owner. Happy to not go through uk caravans. Will definitely be back
