lodge was very clean and nice to look at but we found the sofas uncomfortable though they looked very nice bathrooms were spotless as was the kitchen the lack of a dishwasher was disappointing we chose to go on an exceptionally warm week so were pleased to find the fan in one of the wardrobes the only other negative was the wasps tons of them but we had to leave windows open because of heat so was bit of a battle .we would defo recommend not least because of louise from haggerston private hire and karen the owner who were very helpful and quick to respond to any query you might have we have stayed at haggerston numerous times and this was definately one of the nicest lodges we have stayed in.

Had a great week in lodge retreat 9, everything you need is supplied on arrival. Beautiful soft white towels and bedding. We all slept really well as beds were so comfy.

Very modern caravan with all mod cons. The wrap around decking is great to secure children and dogs. A pleasant position on the park. The owners were very good at communication. I would highly recommend this caravan and would certainly book it for future stays at Haggerston Castle Christine

Just back today from 9 riverside today caravan great location on park its 4th time at haggerston and still love it minutes walk from entertainment .Caravan was clean and spacious and looked afer no complaints at all would recommend highly no complaints would definitely return to this caravan you won't be Dissapointed thanks again keegan family

Had a fantastic time in David’s caravan it was spotless and very comfortable
Stayed in a lot of caravans but this was by far the best had everything we needed and more
The wrap around decking is wonderful and secure for the kids
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back

We booked Lodge Retreat 9 as we wanted somewhere big enough for us all but in a quiet location so we could enjoy a family celebration. The Lodge is sited near the Golf course on a private road with great views of the Owner's Lodge and lake. Perfect to enjoy the park facilities of simply sit on the decking relaxing. Booking was straightforward. Louise was lovely to deal with. We had a repair that needed fixing and Louise dealt with it immediately. 5* service.

Location of the caravan is ideal, looking onto a lovely lake. The swans ,ducks and geese on the lake were great to watch.
The caravan is large and was ideal for us having two bedrooms and bathrooms.
Sofa and chairs were very comfortable.
The dishwasher and washing machine helped to make our holiday easier.
WiFi was good, smart television and dvds available.
Overall the cleanliness of the the caravan was good.
Air fryer provided also helped to make toasties etc easily.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this "carahome" - as named by my 2 year old. It was a home away from home. Very clean, tidy and comfortable; a big plus was having quick WiFi.
Easy walking distance to all the on site entertainment. I'd highly recommend staying here.
Haggerston itself is a great location, lots of lovely options for days out nearby.
