TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2024/2025 SEASON -- 

COVID Terms & Conditions -- Please dont not arrive on park if you or any of your family are showing Covid symptoms 

 

  We have now put in place a RETURNABLE CLEANING/DAMAGE BOND ON ALL OF OUR CARAVANS AND LODGES FOR 2024/2025

 

  WE REQUIRE --

  £100 FOR LODGES 

  £75 FOR CARAVANS 

  This MUST be paid 7/10 days before your arrival dates -- NO arrival details or key codes will be given untill we have this payment in place 

 

  Upon your departure the caravan will be checked either by myself or a member of our cleaning staff .. If the lodge or caravan isnt left how you found it when arriving I myself ( George Jackson ) have the right to keep part or all of your bond to cover the cost of any extra cleaning or repairs due to breakagages  

 Bonds will be paid back within 48hrs of you vacating the park.

 

 

NOTICE FOR ALL GUESTS -- REFUND POLICY -- Haggerston Castle Private Hire can NOT be held responsible for any of our owners  wishing to sell or upgrade or move there accommadition at any time of the year or NO longer wish to rent out privately  or even sadly pass away.. We of course will do our upmost to tranfser you into another Caravan/Lodge at the same cost and on the same location within the park This unfortunatly is something that is out of our control if any owners decide to go down this path ...

PLEASE NOTE --- Sky and any games consoles we have in some accommoditons are purley there for your pleasure and NOT part of your booking cost -- Owners have the right to remove such items at any time

PLEASE NOTE --- Beds are NOT made up in caravans  & we DO NOT supply towels

CAN ALL GUESTS PLEASE CHECK THERE BEDDING ( if hired any ) UPON ARRIVAL TO MAKE SURE ITS ALL CORRECT AS ONCE WE LEAVE PARK AT 5PM WE CANNOT RETURN BACK

We are NOT responsible for any items left by any guests So please check you have taken everythink away when you depart

DEPOSITS REQUIRED -- £40 - caravans

                                   £50 - Lodges

DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ----- However your deposit does come off your booking cost ( example -- full cost £500 - £50 deposit paid would leave balance at £450 )

WE HAVE 2 CARAVANS THAT ALLOWES PETS AT A SMALL CHARGE PER PET  

 

ALL BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR

BONDS ---- ALL of our owners require damge/cleaning Bonds  NO arrival details will be given till this Bond is in place

The owner has the right to hold part or all of your bond should there be any damage or extra cleaning to be had

PLEASE NOTE ------ FOR LARGER DAMAGE BILLS OVER £100  WE ARE PEPARED TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO CLAIM OUR MONEY BACK ( and you will also be billed for any further costs charged via the courts )

IF ANY OF OUR HOLIDAY HOMES  IS FOUND TO BE OVER CROWED THEN ALL PARTIES  WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY

IF OWNERS CANCELS THEN A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN INCLUDING DEPOSIT

YOUR FULL HOLIDAY MUST BE PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY DUE DATE ( unless other arrangements have been sorted via myself )

IF YOU BOOK YOUR DATES AND THEY FALL WITHIN THE 6 WEEKS TIME SCALE EITHER PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED OR A LARGER DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED FOLLOWED BY THE REMAINDER WITHIN 7 DAYS

 

PLEASE NOTE -- A final email reminder will be sent out 6 weeks prior to your arrival for your remaing balance ... This MUST be paid immediately

Your deposit paid at the time of booking comes off your remaining balance

Cancellation Policy. .. Refund Policy ---  Deposits are Non refundable. 

If you cancel your holiday you will only recieve half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket ( Less deposit )

No refunds at all  will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date No matter what the reason

£40 & £50 Deposit to secure your dates is payable via this website  ( Bank details given at time of booking )

PLEASE NOTE -- WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR DATES WITH A DEPOSIT
