 In the event of unforseen circumstances and holiday has to be cancelled by the owner of this caravan A full refund will be giving including Deposit. .

If we find that caravan is overcrowded  ( No more then 6 guests allowed ) we have the right to ask them to vacate. .

All breakages must be reported and paid for

Cancellation Policy. .... Deposits are Non refundable. 

If you cancel your holiday you will only recive half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket ( Less deposit )

No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date
