Cannot fault this lodge or any of the service provided. Louise has made the whole process from paying the deposit to receiving the code for the keys. Any questions I’ve raised have been answered quickly and quality of service was superb.
The lodge itself is spacious and fully equipped. We were a party of 5 including 3 small children under 9yrs old and a small dog and never felt crammed once. It was spotlessly clean and very much a home from home. They even decorated it in beautiful autumnal wreaths and florals. Kitchen was fully equipped with washing machine and even an air fryer and coffee machine which was a lovely touch.
10-15minute slow walk up to main entertainment area and 5 min walk to spotlight bar, kids park or fairway cafe.
The lodge has lots of grass around it which was well maintained and was very safe for children to play outside. The road outside the lodge was secured by coded gates and kids could play on scooters with no concerns.
Overall very happy with the facilities and our stay

lodge was very clean and nice to look at but we found the sofas uncomfortable though they looked very nice bathrooms were spotless as was the kitchen the lack of a dishwasher was disappointing we chose to go on an exceptionally warm week so were pleased to find the fan in one of the wardrobes the only other negative was the wasps tons of them but we had to leave windows open because of heat so was bit of a battle .we would defo recommend not least because of louise from haggerston private hire and karen the owner who were very helpful and quick to respond to any query you might have we have stayed at haggerston numerous times and this was definately one of the nicest lodges we have stayed in.

We are not new guests to this lodge as we've stayed previously but wanted to thank Louise and Phill for allowing to stay again!
A beautiful, modern, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated lodge which has been perfect for us. We came with our little boy who has additional needs and he remembered visiting this lodge before.
Such a lovely gesture of the welcome Prosecco! The lodge has everything you need in a home-from-home manner.
We visited Showbar and Spotlight briefly each evening which given the time of year, we didn't expect to get a table. Both times we did. All of the children seemed very entertained and like they were having a blast.
The arcades, soft play, bungee Jump and inflatables were a big hit for our little boy. We didn't use the swimming pool this time round but will next time.
We absolutely love Haggerston, it has everything you need for your children. And coming back to the lodge made it relaxing for us parents.
A massive shout out to the AMAZING mattresses! I will need to ask what they are (I didn't check!) As I have not long recovered from surgery and sepsis, the nights spent here were the best night sleep I have had since June.
We look forward to booking again very soon. Thank you again!

We stayed here for the second time for 3 nights and again was not disappointed in the facilities inside this lodge.The bedrooms,living room, kitchen, bathrooms are very clean and fitted to a very high standard, Karen and her team are very professional what they do and when you arrive you can see all the hard work they have done, simply the best would recommend this pet friendly lodge to anyone and my relatives.
